Senior Remuneration Governance Analyst

This role supports the governance and regulation team in delivering high-quality materials for senior management, the Board, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain awareness of peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures, as well as market benchmarking.
- Draft clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint packs tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
- Advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or remuneration related role.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience in remuneration regulation within the financial services sector is advantageous.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. They will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
