We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a flexible working arrangement. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other Services departments.

Job Summary

This part-time role (20 hours per week) requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in Professional Services project management, including delivering client software implementations throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to instill confidence and influence customers' decisions in a consultative manner as a trusted advisor
  • Outstanding organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities and establish timeframes and resources that are reasonable and attainable

The role has responsibilities that traverse a broad spectrum of project, business, and technical accountability including project management, requirements facilitation, business analysis, technical solution design, and solution implementation.

What You Will Bring to the Role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Professional Services project management, including delivering client software implementations throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to express ideas and information effectively, convey complex concepts in a straightforward manner and adapt communication style to suit different audiences and cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
