About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead and drive quality from a software engineering mindset. This role involves leveraging expertise in software testing and automation to develop new features and enhance existing components of our SaaS product.

Your focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of our software by implementing robust testing strategies and frameworks. You'll work closely with developers to integrate quality throughout the development process, taking ownership of certain initiatives within your scrum team.

You'll be responsible for researching, scoping, designing, and implementing new testing approaches. Your experience will be invaluable as you mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
