**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an opportunity for a creative individual to enable our Brand's vision as a Studio Manager. You will be responsible for supporting your Creative team by ensuring the steady flow and completion of projects in the Creative Studio. We will look to you to effectively communicate briefs and messages between departments and Design Studio team members so that projects are understood and expectations are met. You will advocate the continual improvement of workflow to ensure that the Design Studio team adhere to processes and meet deadlines, by maintaining an active weekly work-in-progress list. If you are someone who is passionate about delivering on innovative and creative solutions and love being extremely organised, then this could be the role for you.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated background in a Studio Manager position with experience in Graphic Design or Finished Art.
- Proven experience producing and managing project schedules
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to be find solutions and make confident decisions
- Ability to prioritise and manage the workload of a team to ensure studio deadlines are met
