Job Role: Project Administrator

About the Job

The primary role of this position is to provide administrative support to a project team.

This includes maintaining lists and records, cross-referencing sign-on sheets with timesheets, and verifying data reports.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurately recording working hours, submitting pay files, and coordinating activities with other personnel to ensure efficient processes.

In addition, they will manage filing systems, store and retrieve documents, and oversee stock-take and ordering of supplies.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar administration role
