We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with care they need, when and where it is needed.

About the Role

Collaboration and connection are key in our Tamworth team. We love working in our rural community and making a difference in the lives of our participants.

No two days are ever the same. You might find us in daycare centres, schools and homes, or on outreach trips to Gunnedah and surrounds.

You will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team.

Responsibilities

Daily tasks:

  • Assess participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life.
  • Work with Allied Health Managers to engage with and educate key business stakeholders and grow our service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
  • Ability to perform the role at a part-time capacity with two to three days in our clinic available.
