Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in our ambitious transformation journey. As a key member of the Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience division, you will partner with senior stakeholders to capture, analyse and interpret change data, provide education and advice, and package the change experience for our people.

About the Role

The Enterprise Change Partner will be responsible for building change leadership capability, influencing culture, and improving how our people adapt to change across the organisation. You will work closely with key areas of the business to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive positive change
  • Build change leadership capability and influence culture across the organisation
  • Analyse and interpret change data to inform decision-making and improve ways of working
  • Provide education and advice to senior stakeholders and colleagues on change management best practices
  • Package the change experience for our people and ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives
