As a Store Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintaining a well-merchandised store floor, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive profitable sales
• Maintain a well-merchandised store floor, including stock management and replenishment
• Process and merchandise stock to drive sales growth

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
• Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy stocks and stand for long periods of time
