Job Title: Customer Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, breakdown, and commissioning support of various industrial clients.

  • Preventative maintenance of industrial equipment
  • Breakdown and commissioning support of clients' equipment
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks
Requirements:
  • Electrical or mechanical trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience
  • Experience in servicing industrial automation equipment, especially robotics or AGV's
  • Excellent fault-finding skills
  • Ability to interpret technical literature, including assembly drawings and electrical schematics
  • Report writing skills
  • Knowledge of robotic systems, Yaskawa (Motoman) preferred
Benefits:
  • $80,000 - $90,000 per year
  • 10 hour shift or 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Overtime pay
