About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of residents.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as an Aged Care Manager/Coordinator.
  • Demonstrated expertise in current aged care standards accreditation and auditing processes.
  • Solid leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement.
