Disability Support Professional

Annecto is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care services to individuals with disabilities, supporting them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to people with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support individuals to engage in activities that are important to them, such as hobbies, education, and employment.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, promoting the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a support worker role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Current police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance, and First Aid/CPR qualifications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive hourly rate, plus 25% loading and 11.5% super.
