Director of Technology Infrastructure

The Director of Hardware Deployment Services oversees the successful execution of all equipment installation and field deployment projects across ANZ and International Market Regions.
This role leads Installation and Field Operations teams, overseeing physical hardware system deployments and on-site implementations while facilitating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely, efficient, and commercially profitable delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute deployment strategies and operational plans, successfully deliver all deployment projects within the accountable region, define team goals, objectives, and annual budget targets in partnership with VP Operations.
- Program & Project Governance: Oversee key programs and complex initiatives that enhance deployment performance, continuously refine deployment structures and processes to manage ongoing projects and support projected growth, and create and improve policies and procedures for operational excellence.
- Financial Management: Manage financial performance including budget targets and resource allocation, drive profitability and efficiency improvements through process optimization, system enhancements, and automation, proactively mitigate deployment financial and operational risks through analysis, planning and action.
- Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards, develop feedback mechanisms to address concerns, resolve escalations, and deliver deployment services that exceed client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Account Management and global operations teams, enable continuous scale, commercial performance, and client satisfaction through collaborative relationships, and communicate deployment KPIs effectively across relevant stakeholder groups.
- Hardware Installation Management: Overseeing physical equipment deployment and on-site installations.
A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, project management expertise, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with hardware installation, logistics, and supply chain management is also essential. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and software is a plus.
