Job Overview

This senior leadership role oversees mobile maintenance operations, focusing on planning, scheduling, and technical writing teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective maintenance strategies are executed, driving continuous improvement, and delivering safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement reliability, condition monitoring, and defect elimination initiatives
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution readiness to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with OEM and statutory maintenance standards
  • Provide strategic reporting, budget input, and performance insights to inform business decisions
About You
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in mining maintenance or engineering, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of heavy machinery operations (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr)
  • Experience with SAP PM, AMT, and digital maintenance systems

  • $12k residential allowance per annum for residential employees not on FIFO
  • Up to $5k site allowance per annum depending on site location
  • 10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of base salary
