Key Responsibilities
  • Leads cross-functional teams in delivering digital projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
  • Coaches teams in shaping project requirements, solution definitions, build, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Manages end-to-end project lifecycles, aligning with governance approaches and tools.
  • Navigates ambiguity and uncertainty using scenario planning and risk management strategies.
  • Develops and sustains strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a project lead or senior manager leading digital projects using agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through the project lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, user experience, and industry best practices.
  • Experience managing project teams to achieve agreed outcomes within governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management or Agile certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe).
  • Proficient in Jira for project tracking and management.
  • Experience with Risk & Compliance-related projects highly regarded.
