IT Service Delivery Manager Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to enable Agile teams to deliver high-quality services and lead them in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor team delivery and deadlines
  • Manage blockers to progress the project
  • Collaborate with the product owner/manager to plan how to deliver project progress to external teams
  • Facilitate project ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, weekly team meetings, and retrospectives
  • Ensure that the product backlog is up-to-date and any reporting & team space tools are managed effectively
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage progress
  • Ensure the team works in an agile way, with commonly used Agile ceremonies booked, organised, and happening regularly
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in digital projects and/or greenfields projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in digital delivery leadership, with a focus on enabling continuous improvement within the team
