About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stock Assistant to join our retail team at Skechers. As a Stock Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Process large volumes of stock, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Pick and pack click-and-collect orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Support the management team in leading the sales floor team, providing guidance and coaching as needed.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
