About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our Bonds Outlet Bundoora Store team.

This is a Fixed Term position at 38 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
• Visual Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
• Stock Management: Manage stock levels, inventory, and supply chain to ensure efficient operations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
