Are you looking for a career in early childhood education? We offer a Certificate III Traineeship Program that combines paid employment with the opportunity to study a nationally accredited childcare course. Our program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the sector, while also offering ongoing support and training.

The traineeship program will commence from Early February in an ongoing, full-time position, working Monday to Friday. You will be employed by our organisation, working closely with all educators to provide an exciting environment for children to thrive in.

As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in childcare, supporting children to reach their full potential through play-based and interest-focused activities. You will also have ongoing communication with families and teams, following daily routines including mealtimes, rest times, nappy changing/toileting, etc.

Our program offers many benefits, including reduced childcare fees of 50%, access to an Employee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing, and 4 weeks of paid annual leave plus additional study time and wellbeing leave. You will also continue to study your diploma with financial support, refer your friends for work and receive a referral fee, and graduate on our graduation day to celebrate your achievement.

To be eligible for this program, you will need to meet certain requirements. You must have no prior experience, as this is an entry-level position. However, you will have opportunities to progress your career and complete further qualifications.
