As Refrigeration Expert, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing supermarket refrigeration systems and coordinating Field Team activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to lead the Field Team in daily operations
  • Maintain high standards of service quality on supermarket refrigeration systems
  • Develop junior technicians' skills and promote efficient troubleshooting methods
  • Provide backup during emergencies and complex fault diagnosis situations
  • Conduct site inspections and contribute to quote preparation processes
  • Work closely with admin and ops teams to streamline job completion procedures
  • Represent the company professionally in client-facing interactions
Essential Skills
  • Proven leadership abilities or experience mentoring others (desired)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of computer literacy and administrative competence

You must reside in Sydney and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
