**Job Role Overview**

As a Dining Service Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding service, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Tend to the restaurant service period, attending to guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with attention to detail.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
  • Assist with the bar service period, tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar.
  • Fulfill special banquet event arrangements requested by guests and attend to in-house events.
  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A self-motivated, driven, and energized approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
