Dining Service Professional

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at a beautiful hotel.
This is a fun and supportive environment offering immediate commencement for part-time positions 20-30 hours/week over a 7-day roster. We are looking for long-term team members who can commit to at least one year of service with the F7B team.
Oak & Vine offers a relaxed, communal dining style experience where delicious share plates are served and best enjoyed with friends and family.
- Previous experience in either a hotel or restaurant environment is highly valued.
- Exceptional customer service skills while welcoming, seating, and taking guest orders are essential.
- Providing menu and dining recommendations/offers is also a key responsibility.
- Liaising with guests and customers professionally and with a warm, friendly demeanor is crucial.
- Providing beverage and bottle services is an important aspect of the role.
- Being enthusiastic, reliable, and self-driven is required.
- Setting up conference space by moving chairs and tables is also a key task.
Our hotel will support you in obtaining a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality while working with us.
