This is a production-focused role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily plant operations, meeting or exceeding production standards while operating in compliance with company standards and policies.
The Production Assistant will participate in developing additional donors for the agency, ensure proper rotation of merchandise, and participate in loss control efforts by reporting suspicious activity to a supervisor or Loss Prevention Director.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people, and be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Job Requirements- Assist in daily plant operations, including sorting, processing, and hanging donated goods.
- Develop additional donors for the agency through outreach and marketing efforts.
- Evaluate and improve procedures for effective inventory management.
- Report any issues related to inventory, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors or Loss Prevention Director.
