Workplace Facilities Manager

The Workplace Facilities Manager is responsible for leading the team in forging a lasting, open, and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience across NSW, ACT, and QLD sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and manage a comprehensive and consistent range of services across an assigned geographical area, with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance.
- Create an interesting and impactful client engagement strategy.
- Build a community of ambassadors and workplace support team to deliver timely and consistent Workplace experience soft services & workplace operations technical services.
- Develop client support and feedback initiatives and lead regular meetings with stakeholders to enhance relationships.
Requirements:
- A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
- An engaging people manager who thrives on inspiring and developing their team.
- Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities while seamlessly delivering outstanding customer service to our client.
- A strategic thinker who is capable of dealing with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
- At least 4 years' experience in facilities management or related field.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of vendor/contractor management.
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
