About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned financial institution as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Workplace Experience: Ensure that our workplace is clean, organized, and comfortable for all employees and clients.
  • Enhance Visitor Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and ensure that they have a positive experience while on our premises.
  • Facilities Management: Perform daily floor walks and facilities inspections to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Client Service: Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as obtaining vendor quotes and approvals, and raising purchase orders.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Possess intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Team Player: Be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
