Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, setting up displays, and upselling products.
Our stores are filled with colourful treats, making it difficult to choose just one. You will work the Barista machine, prepare cold beverages, and be involved in food safety requirements, temperature checks, and recording.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Set up, fill, and adjust displays as required
- Upsell products to customers
- Prepare cold beverages and operate the Barista machine
- Ensure food safety requirements are met, including temperature checks and recording
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude towards all tasks required to perform
- The ability to enjoy the challenge of upselling
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate and employee discounts. Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you are available to work overnight shifts, this would be considered an advantage.
