About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Sales representative to join our team in Mitcham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing specialized product knowledge and expert advice.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process, ensuring that customers receive personalized attention and expert advice.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies, and provide comprehensive information to customers on our range of tiles, stone, and resilient flooring.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock arrivals and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.
  • Showroom Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in our showroom, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Safety: Actively promote safety and adhere to all OH&S procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

About You

  • Eagerness to Learn: Be eager to learn and develop new skills, with a willingness to participate in training and development programs.
  • Positive Attitude: Possess a naturally positive attitude and thrive in a team-based environment, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work culture.
  • Forklift License: Hold a valid forklift license or be willing to obtain one, demonstrating your commitment to operating equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Display strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Computer Skills: Be comfortable using computers and POS systems, with a basic understanding of software applications.
