About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Forms/Reports Developer to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing products and services that solve the challenges of modernizing the specialty contracting trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers, programmers, internal and external customers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and opportunities to create optimal value throughout all Plexxis solutions.
  • Learn all aspects of the Plexxis ERP system and design, develop, test, optimize, and implement programs within Oracle Forms/Reports.
  • Analyze available information, applying experience and systems knowledge to maintain, analyze, diagnose, identify, and implement solutions to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects, interact with internal customers, provide training and support, and troubleshoot issues prior, during, and post-implementation.
Requirements
  • Interest in data and technology, practical experience in customer care-related work, and a genuine enjoyment of helping people.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, basic database/SQL knowledge, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to conceptualize and learn quickly, with a strong team environment and a commitment to quality.
