Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a senior project management role within our infrastructure services department. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of capital works projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team and lead our capital works projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong project governance skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage capital works projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, construction management, or engineering.
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong project governance skills, including risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
