Risk Management Specialist

About the RoleAs a specialist in Risk Analysis within a regulated environment, you will play a key role in navigating the division through a risk and quality transformation. The Risk Analyst will have a proactive approach and utilise strong stakeholder engagement skills to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels across the divisional operations.
Key Responsibilities- Review and maintain divisional frameworks and processes for Quality Improvement, Risk Management, and Governance.
- Develop and support continuous improvement activities at all levels to assist, evaluate, analyse, and uplift practices.
- Assume a leadership role in risk management, assisting with the development, enhancement, and implementation of appropriate risk management policies, procedures, and systems.
- Experience in developing and testing Business Continuity Plans.
- Provide expertise in training, supervision, and support to staff in the development of knowledge and skills in quality improvement activities.
- Delivery of workshops on specific skills required within the wider team.
- Inspire and embed effective change management processes.
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure response arrangements are within obligations.
It is critical for the Risk Analyst to possess stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels. You will encounter a wide range of personalities, so you will have the ability to identify and adapt to achieve the best outcomes.
Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant will be solutions-focused, communicate openly and honestly, perform well under pressure, and be able to operate autonomously and within a team environment.
