Systems and Infrastructure Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Systems and Infrastructure Manager to join our ICT team. This role involves maintaining and developing network and server infrastructure, providing communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functioning of all critical ICT systems and the smooth operations of the College. They will deliver positive customer service to end users through a strong understanding of education, business and administration processes and requirements of ICT systems and infrastructure.

This is a dynamic role requiring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Head of ICT to ensure that technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant and responsive to the needs of both students and staff.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Maintaining and developing network and server infrastructure to ensure reliability, security and performance of the College's IT systems
  2. Providing excellent communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk to ensure that end-users receive high-quality service
  3. Ensuring that technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant and responsive to the needs of both students and staff
  4. Working collaboratively with the Head of ICT to achieve ICT goals and objectives
