Job Title: Product Support Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our close-knit team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the first point of contact for clients engaging with our branch, you will process in-store sales and client orders for stockfeed & supplements and fertilisers.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and accurate product knowledge – in-store, on farm and over the phone. You will accurately quote and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, invoicing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Supported by our network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for career growth and development. Key responsibilities include:
