Educators at Goodstart Coffs Harbour play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children. As a dedicated professional, you will collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to create engaging experiences that foster growth and development.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Learning Programs: Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to ensure seamless program implementation and maximize outcomes.
  • Maintain a Safe and Inclusive Environment: Foster a culture of safety and inclusivity, ensuring every child feels valued and supported throughout their learning journey.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Working with Children Check: Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check.
