About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to support clients in their homes, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible.

  • Supporting and connecting with our clients, assisting with day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, tidying, washing, and other tasks within the client's care plan.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping.
  • Providing meal preparation and social support or respite for family/carers.
  • Assisting with personal care, including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).

Key Responsibilities:

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older Australians in the community.
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
  • Reliable team player.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential).
