Job Title: Maintenance Planner

The CHPP Maintenance Planner role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at the Coal Handling Preparation Plant (CHPP). This includes scoping, planning, and coordinating maintenance tasks to meet the needs of production and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Coordinator, the Maintenance Planner will plan and coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Scope and prioritize maintenance tasks based on asset criticality and risk, ensuring that all work is conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, operations, and maintenance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Yancoal's safety and quality policies and procedures throughout all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in CHPP maintenance.
  • Fixed plant maintenance experience is essential.
  • A relevant mechanical trade qualification is required.
  • Strong computer literacy skills are necessary for this role.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Asset Management Experience would be highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also desirable.
