Job Summary

Aurizon is seeking a professional and dynamic individual to fill the role of Facilities Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain facilities to ensure health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to meet operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Aurizon policies and statutory obligations.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual facilities budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and achieve budget targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate and/or industrial real estate facilities management.
  • Understanding of technical corporate facilities planning and infrastructure.
  • Trade qualification in facilities or related discipline (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage maintenance contractors and build collaborative relationships.
  • Proficient in monitoring financial performance and achieving budget targets.
