Senior Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, strengths-focused, recovery-oriented assessment and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry a clinical caseload, appropriate to the needs of the service.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, strengths-focused, recovery-oriented assessment and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to consumers.
About Us
We are a district-wide, Tier 4 specialist Mental Health service, providing therapeutic interventions for children and young people in out-of-home care, and families where a Risk of Significant Harm (ROSH) has been made for one of the children and where there is a mental health and/or drug health issue in one or both of the parents.
