Job Title: Financial Collections Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Collections Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client accounts, including billing, receipting, direct debit, and statement production.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely processing of client accounts
  • Ensuring completion of timely and accurate monthly residential funding accruals
  • Ensuring compliance with month end processing time frames
  • Ensuring minimisation of bad and doubtful debts
  • Maintaining quality systems and reporting

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also have the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, particularly in relation to the aged care industry.
