- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team using the key worker model, ensuring seamless care and support for clients.
- Providing therapy at our hubs and in the community, reaching out to those who need it most.
- Working closely with families, schools, hospitals, and other support networks to ensure comprehensive care.
