We are a Queensland-owned and operated company, seeking a proactive IT Sales Consultant to join our team in Mount Gravatt Brisbane.
About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Computer Alliance, providing excellent service to our customers. You will have an interest in the ever-changing IT industry and a commitment to driving sales through building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Experience in the retail sale of desktop computers and notebooks
- Knowledge of current computer hardware and software
- Ability to configure computer systems that meet customer needs
- High focus on delivering excellence in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively without supervision
- Energetic and professional attitude to work
- Flexibility to work a 7-day roster (including weekends and early evening trading hours)
