The Professional Indemnity (PI) team, led by a partner with deep expertise in the insurance sector, has a substantial practice representing professionals, particularly in construction and financial services. The team handles high-profile class actions, complex coverage disputes, and notable cases in warranty, indemnity claims, and directors' and officers' disputes, with a significant portion of work stemming from the London market.

About the Role:

This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor passionate about Professional Indemnity (PI) litigation within a dynamic and established team. Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering sound legal advice across PI cases
  • Staying current with case law and legislation
  • Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to provide precise, commercial legal guidance
  • Managing a full caseload and prioritizing to ensure effective service
  • Understanding client operations to tailor legal strategies effectively
  • Building and managing prospective client relationships
