Job Description

The Site Construction Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site activities of our Rockhampton processing facility project. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the sequencing of activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Allocating resources effectively to meet project demands, in consultation with the Project Manager.
  • Reviewing and resequencing the construction programme as necessary to achieve programmed completion dates.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, industrial relations best practices, and quality assurance standards at the work site.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with contract documents.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, preferably in a leadership capacity.
