Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team at DuluxGroup's B&D business. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our site operates at peak performance.
As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance tasks, identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues, and participating in site improvement projects. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and downtime
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing sustainable solutions and communicating with stakeholders
- Participate in site improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and logs to track repairs, notifications, and work activities
- Recognized Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during emergency situations
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental practices with a commitment to best practices
