Project Management Expert

This role is for a seasoned civil expert who can oversee the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure delivery and ensure it meets safety, scope, and standards.

As Project Management Expert, you will be responsible for managing multiple resort projects, reviewing designs to identify opportunities to value-manage and optimise delivery, and holding consultants and contractors accountable to timelines, budget, and quality.

You will work closely with internal development, construction, and leadership teams to keep projects moving. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in civil construction, strong technical knowledge of earthworks, services, roadworks, and site infrastructure.

The key outcomes expected from this role include delivering civil scopes on time, improving ROI through smarter design and value engineering, and upholding Living Gems' reputation as a leader in quality and cost-effective delivery.
