We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Design Manager to lead our electrical design team on a major mixed-use development project in Riyadh, KSA.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire electrical design process from concept to completion, ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review electrical design specifications, schematics, and layouts
  • Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Ensure rigorous testing and validation of electrical systems
  • Address and resolve any design issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 14+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading design projects in various industries (e.g., commercial, hospitality, residential)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP)
  • Excellent understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
