Job Opportunity

  • Develop and execute a year-round program of meet the makers and masterclasses for our members.
  • Establish regular winemaker or partner takeovers, featuring cheese pros, vinyl DJs, sustainable glassware makers, and more.
  • Optimize sign-up moments, including QR codes, iPad kiosks, instant-win pours, and coach the floor team on our 60-second value pitch.
  • Enhance the foot-traffic member funnel through data-driven insights.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes stories and short-form videos every week, and conceive engaging in-store social competitions (blind-pour challenges, grape-pong, etc).
  • Own event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups using our company communication tools, sharing key findings with the wider team.
  • Secure collaborative events with complementary brands and feed the best stories and visuals to media outlets and influencers.

We are seeking an experienced community and events professional to shape and host the weekly buzz inside the store and showcase that buzz on our social channels. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and daily work alongside our Venue Manager and in-house Creative team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in running experiential or community marketing campaigns with a lead generation edge, be comfortable on-camera, and able to shoot and edit engaging short-form social videos.

They should also be data-savvy, adept at analyzing CSVs, reading cohort charts, and iterating on what drives results, as well as organized, capable of handling vendors, run-sheets, and last-minute issues without becoming flustered.
