Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused professional to drive new client acquisition and strategic growth for a well-established organisation.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building partnerships, identifying opportunities in new markets, and delivering tailored business solutions that meet the needs of a diverse client base. Working closely with internal teams, they will help shape and implement business development strategies that support long-term organisational goals.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in managing complex lead times, ideally from sectors such as SaaS or similar fields with complex lead cycles.
  • A strong commercial mindset with proven success in both long and short sales cycles.
  • Experience in tender management and complex solution sales.
  • A proven track record in driving business growth.
  • Innovative thinking, charisma, and a forward-looking approach.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. They will be comfortable working in a hybrid and flexible workplace with a strong focus on work-life balance.
