Strategic Reward Leader

We seek a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the development and delivery of strategic reward programs that support our business goals and foster a positive work environment.

This role requires a deep understanding of reward design, people analytics, and governance. You will partner with senior leaders to develop remuneration strategies that balance business needs with employee engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing fair and competitive reward programs that align with business objectives.
  • Leading the development of executive remuneration frameworks and compliance initiatives.
  • Managing a high-performing team responsible for reward, systems, and reporting.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in shaping remuneration and HR systems.
  • Strong expertise in executive reward and governance.
