Job Title: Financial Collections Specialist

This is a vital role in our organization where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain positive client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Receivable Processes: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Timely Collection of Outstanding Payments: You will work diligently to collect outstanding payments from clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Positive Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial to the success of this role.
  • Prepare and Analyze Accounts Receivable Reports: You will prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable for management review.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Team: You will work closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain and Update Records in ERP: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Assist in Audits and Compliance Reporting: You may be required to assist in audits and compliance reporting as necessary.
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements: You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Support Other Finance Functions: You will provide support to other finance functions as needed.
