**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property, ensuring that it remains clean and well-manicured.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintenance of resort rooms and public areas
  • Maintenance of resort equipment in working order
    - Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges
    - Mowing and cutting grass and lawns
    - Looking after plants and flowers
    - Managing irrigation systems
    - Performing other grounds maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to guests
  • Understanding of using gardening tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles
  • Excellent attention to detail
