Job Title: Retail Marketing Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our retail marketing operations.
The ideal candidate will oversee the management and delivery of marketing programs with retail partners, driving business growth through their expertise in consumer marketing, retail marketing, creative agencies, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of in-store assets, including fixture and device security prototyping, execution, and partner collaboration.
- Localisation of digital, in-store, and training assets, requiring approval from client marketing/sales/operations and legal contacts.
- Development and implementation of channel marketing plans to ensure timely retailer execution.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years' experience in consumer marketing, retail marketing, creative agency, and/or product marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project management & program management experience with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with digital creative localisation, copy, assets, and campaigns.
- Experience working with retail in-store creative asset development and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be a motivated and results-driven professional who thrives in a challenging opportunity.
